Summary: As a Systems Engineering Practitioner, you will engage in the design and development of engineering systems that are integral to physical products. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that feature functionality aligns with engineering architecture. You will also focus on system integrations, conduct simulations, and develop test methods to validate designs. Additionally, you will manage the implementation of feature plans and perform design failure mode effect analysis to enhance product reliability and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles. - Experience with integration of communication systems and tools. - Ability to conduct thorough testing and validation of engineering systems. - Familiarity with project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
