Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison between various stakeholders. The position demands coordinating efforts across teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong knowledge of data integration and transformation techniques within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable data workflows and pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data processing issues and optimize performance.
- Familiarity with database systems and data warehousing concepts relevant to business intelligence.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive data solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
