Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications tailored to meet specific project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the software development lifecycle. The position requires overseeing the integration of various components, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and continuously refining solutions to align with evolving business needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect, fostering an environment where innovative ideas are translated into practical software solutions that drive project success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
- Strong experience in application design and software configuration within cloud-based environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API management to connect diverse systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team setting and lead technical discussions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
