Project Role Description : Deliver sales plan and grow sales team. Deliver the sales plan working with the leadership teams and CALs within their CG, MU, Market or Services.

Summary: As a Sales Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering the sales plan and growing the sales team. A typical day involves collaborating with leadership teams and Customer Account Leaders to strategize and implement effective sales initiatives within your designated Commercial Group, Market Unit, or Services sector. You will engage in discussions to assess progress, identify challenges, and develop solutions to enhance sales performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. - Mentor and support team members to enhance their sales capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. - Experience with customer relationship management tools. - Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
