Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that process vast amounts of unstructured text data, ensuring the models are optimized for performance and scalability. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of model parameters to enhance language comprehension and generation capabilities, while collaborating with various teams to align the model design with broader project goals and technological advancements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of language models into diverse applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong expertise in neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and implement data preprocessing pipelines.
- Familiarity with model training methodologies and evaluation metrics specific to language models.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to model performance and deployment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
