Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in assisting teams to define requirements and design applications that align with business processes and application needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing requirements, and contributing to the design of innovative software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. You will engage in discussions to ensure that the applications developed meet the strategic goals of the organization, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your expertise will be essential in guiding the team towards successful project outcomes, ensuring that all aspects of the application design are thoroughly considered and executed. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM). - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with application design principles and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Project Management (PM). - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
