Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role serves as the central liaison for coordinating efforts across various teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of software solutions. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive project success while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and team members throughout the development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management Device Management.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques related to utilities and energy sectors.
- Experience in managing and integrating complex data management systems within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining system integrity.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse technical teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management Device Management.
- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
