Deployment Lead
Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary: As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various project teams to ensure that all deployment-related activities are aligned and progressing as scheduled. You will manage work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation while also overseeing training and pilot programs. Your role will require you to monitor and control the deployment process, ensuring that all metrics are met and that interdependencies are effectively managed across teams. This dynamic position will allow you to engage with multiple stakeholders and contribute to the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project teams to ensure alignment and address any issues that may arise. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the deployment process, including plans, schedules, and reports. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security. - Strong understanding of deployment methodologies and best practices. - Experience in project management tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Security. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
