Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. A typical day involves coordinating with various teams to ensure the successful execution of security initiatives, utilizing global delivery capabilities, and ensuring that projects meet the required standards and timelines. You will engage with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives, fostering a collaborative environment to drive success in security service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in security practices. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Architecture Design. - Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and security frameworks. - Experience with security compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST. - Ability to design and implement security solutions tailored to organizational needs. - Familiarity with cloud security principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Security Architecture Design. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
