Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions that meet project objectives and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Spring Boot, React.js, Microservices, SQL.
- Strong knowledge of backend and frontend development frameworks and tools.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to work with cloud platforms and deploy applications in distributed environments.
- Familiarity with database design, query optimization, and data management.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and performance tuning of applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
