Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a deep understanding of how to translate business requirements into functional software solutions, ensuring that applications are both efficient and scalable. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical implementations with organizational goals, while also adapting to evolving project demands and priorities throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Marketing, CPDC & CPDS.
- Strong expertise in designing and configuring Pega applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within Pega Marketing environments.
- Ability to optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Pega Marketing.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education Must have certifications CPDC & CPDS is required.
