Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and scalability to meet future business demands.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Apache Airflow.
- Strong expertise in data engineering concepts and best practices within unified analytics environments.
- Ability to design scalable data pipelines and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
- Experience in integrating diverse data sources and managing large-scale data processing tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing frameworks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
