Project Role Description : Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements. Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements. Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security.

Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will review and integrate various application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational requirements are met. You will also assess and integrate technical architecture requirements, providing valuable insights that influence final decisions on hardware, network products, system software, and security measures. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Software Defined Network and Operations, Contact Center Technology Capabilities. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with network security measures and best practices. - Familiarity with cloud networking solutions and their integration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
