Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: Must Have Skills: Palo Alto Firewall, Panorama, Zscaler ZIA & ZPA, , Datacenter routing and switching., WLC, Good to Have Skills: Azure & AWS Networking, F5 load balancers Key Responsibilities: Provide day to day operational support for the Firewall Management Service Advance level knowledge of Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault, Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution Should have very good experience of software patch management to manage the Firewall patch management cycle, patch testing and deployment of patches on timely basis. Excellent knowledge of Advanced Networking and Network Protocols Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Routing & Switching VLANs, STP,VTP,Trunking,HSRP,VRRP Advance level knowledge of configure and troubleshooting Palo Alto firewalls and Zscaler ZIA and ZPA. Strong knowledge of networking and security fundamentals like TCP/IP, SSL, TLS, DNS, DHCP, NACLs, certificates, encryption, Multi-Client Networks, WAN Links, LAN Management, etc. Networks and Security - TCP/IP in multi-tier network infrastructure, routing, firewalling, switching, IPSEC and SSL-VPN Ability to configure URL filtering on firewalls and troubleshooting related issues. Ability to support enterprise data center architectures. Co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors for Network Hardware replacement & Core level debugging. Follow ITIL process with proving skills in working with Incident & Change management methodologies Should be able to drive Network projects & work at the Data center during deployment of Network hardware’s Experience with Wireshark or other NAM tools. Technical Experience: At least 4 - 6 years’ experience network security. In-depth working experience in Palo Alto firewalls, Routing & Switching Zscaler ZIA and ZPA In-depth knowledge and experience in managing data center network architecture.
