Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems, ensuring that all operational standards are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their implementation. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. - Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
