Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing tailored solutions to meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the broader system. Time is also dedicated to maintaining existing applications, implementing enhancements, and developing new features to improve overall performance and user experience. Collaboration with different stakeholders and adapting to evolving project demands are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve complex technical challenges within projects.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices related to customization and integration.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software components within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across diverse client systems.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective and efficient solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
