Summary: We are looking for a seasoned "Blue Prism Developer" to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in RPA development and support, particularly with Blue Prism, along with proficiency in C# and VB.NET. You will play a key role in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of automation solutions that enhance business process efficiency across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using Blue Prism for Web, Desktop, SAP, Mainframe, and API-based applications - Develop custom components using C# and VB.NET to extend Blue Prism capabilities - Monitor the performance and health of production bots, and manage issue resolution and troubleshooting - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver structured automation solutions - Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including Process Design Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and operational handbooks - Conduct rigorous testing and validation of RPA workflows to ensure high-quality delivery - Work with SQL Server for basic database operations and integrations Required Skills: - At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism development and support - Basic proficiency in C# and VB.NET programming - Working knowledge of SQL Server (writing queries, working with stored procedures, etc.) - Experience in automating Web, Desktop, SAP, and API-based applications - Ability to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA solutions including design, development, deployment, and monitoring - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Expertise in creating professional-grade documentation (PDDs, SDDs, user handbooks) Certification (Mandatory): Blue Prism Developer Certification (AD01) Preferred / Good to Have: Knowledge of scripting with Python - Exposure to additional automation platforms like Power Automate or UiPath - Familiarity with integrating Blue Prism with external systems using APIs and custom code components
