Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for application-related activities, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The position demands proactive engagement with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs, while continuously overseeing the progress and quality of deliverables throughout the development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components by following best practices and standards.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Production and Revenue Accounting.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development methodologies.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise resource planning systems to meet industry-specific needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications.
- Familiarity with data integration and migration processes within large-scale software environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Production and Revenue Accounting.
- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
