Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will utilize modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques to provide vision to Application Development Teams. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, employing a cloud-first and mobile-first mindset to create value across various projects of different scopes and scales. You will engage in Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery and contribute to innovative solutions that enhance application development processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the design and implementation of software solutions that align with project goals. - Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies. - Experience with modular architecture and cloud-based solutions. - Ability to analyze and mitigate risks related to environmental health and safety. - Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations in the software industry. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Environment Health and Safety. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
