Project Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

Summary: As a Business Process Designer, your typical day involves analyzing, developing, and enhancing workflows to ensure optimal efficiency. You will engage with various stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose actionable solutions. Collaboration with business users is key, as you will work together to define detailed product requirements and use cases. Additionally, you will design mechanisms for continuous monitoring and feedback collection, enabling ongoing refinement of processes over time. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Document process flows and create detailed specifications for process improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Product Lifecycle Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes. - Experience with process mapping and workflow design tools. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Product Lifecycle Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
