Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing organizational processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing the current state of business models, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct research, gather data, and synthesize information to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Collaboration with various teams will be essential as you work to align business needs with technological capabilities, ensuring that solutions are both effective and sustainable. Roles & Responsibilities: - General Insurance/P&C Insurance knowledge must. - Strong delivery expertise and familiarity of working with product companies and third-party vendors. - 8-10 years’ experience. - Location – Bangalore Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with back-end frameworks and databases. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
