Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, your typical day involves analyzing, designing, coding, and testing various components of application code across multiple clients. You will engage in maintenance and enhancement tasks, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with application code analysis and testing frameworks. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
