Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders, utilizing standard tools and methodologies to ensure that service level agreements are met, and actively monitoring project progress to achieve desired results. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects you oversee, ensuring that all objectives are aligned with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all milestones are achieved on schedule. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to utilize project management software and tools effectively. - Excellent communication skills to convey project updates and collaborate with team members. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
