Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components, ensuring operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborating with vendors and assisting service management teams with issue analysis and resolution will be part of your daily tasks. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Implement innovative strategies for problem-solving - Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the team Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure IaaS - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies - Experience in managing and troubleshooting cloud-based systems - Knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies - Ability to automate tasks using scripting languages Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
