Summary: As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. You will deploy infrastructure and platform environments, create proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security, and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead team meetings to discuss progress and challenges - Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency - Mentor junior team members for their professional growth Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio, Must have WD Certification and hands on WD Studio experience is required - Strong understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure - Experience in deploying and testing cloud applications - Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments - Familiarity with performance optimization techniques Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Studio - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A Must have WD Certification and hands on WD Studio experience is required
