Summary: As techno-functional lead , you will be responsible for developing and implementing process controls, designing specifications, and engineering configurations. Utilizing industry design practices and systems, you will create and develop drawings to enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Demonstrable experience as a techno-functional lead on at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Oracle Field Service Cloud (ToA) Application. - Experience developing process flow diagrams, gathering requirements, conducting workshops, design and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions. - Strong techno-functional skills in proposing, designing optimal solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customization / integrations on Oracle Field Service Cloud (ToA) Projects. - Prior hands-on experience in configurations and customization in the following areas - Core Application, Profiles, Permissions, Business Rules, Routing Plans, Work Schedules, Smart Collaboration, Action Management, Mobility and Manage Displays, Reports, Data migration, Inbound/Outbound messages. Testing- Ability to develop software test scenarios, test cases, test scripts with detailed steps, and execute them. - Knowledge of testing the applications. - Devise and implement test strategies that adequately assess all software aspects. - Investigate and recreate reported defects. - Work with other engineers to troubleshoot and resolve coding issues. - Track and document all testing defects and resolutions. - Participate in the design and development for test automation and support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Experience developing Oracle Field Service forms. - Experience developing plug-ins is highly preferred. - Experience in programming languages such as JavaScript is highly preferred. - Experience with web services standards and technology including REST, WSDL, SOAP, XML, XML-Schema, XSL, WS standards/Security etc. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Service Cloud Field Service Management. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Should be flexible to work in shifts - Successful Candidates will have the following preferred skills/background: Experience developing process flow diagrams, collecting requirements, conducting workshops, design and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solution
