Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the overall project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and mentor junior professionals. - Ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of linguistic nuances and cultural context. - Ability to effectively communicate in Japanese, both written and verbal. - Experience in translating technical documents from Japanese to English. - Knowledge of Japanese business etiquette and customs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Japanese Language. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
