As an Enterprise Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive information technology solutions that span the entire organization. The professional collaborates with diverse teams to ensure that the architectural framework supports strategic goals, while continuously exploring innovative approaches to improve product quality and operational efficiency. The position demands a forward-thinking mindset to align technology initiatives with evolving industry standards and enterprise objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive the development and enforcement of architectural standards and best practices across projects.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on technology strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and secure enterprise IT architectures.
- Experience in integrating complex systems and managing cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application within manufacturing environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
