Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous collaboration with various teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet organizational goals and client expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within ServiceNow platforms.
- Experience in integrating IT operations management tools with enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT operations.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration processes in IT service management.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
