Summary: As an Windows Server Patch Support Engineer, you will act as detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and providing support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely resolution of incidents and service requests. With your expertise in System Configuration Management , and Windows System Update, you will contribute to the stability and reliability of the Windows Server, ensuring a seamless user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application functionality and performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions. - Ensure the timely resolution of incidents and service requests. - Contribute to the stability and reliability of applications through effective Software Configuration Management (SCM) practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in WSUS and Windows Server Update - Strong understanding of Windows Server and configuraion Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in WSUS - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
