Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing client requirements, designing and implementing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Experience in Siebel EAI integrations using Webservices, VBC, JMS - Oracle Siebel Configuration, Scripting and Workflow - Siebel Order Management - Siebel Workspace Knowledge - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze client requirements. - Design and develop software solutions using Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI). - Write efficient and high-quality code to implement the required functionality. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of the software. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. - Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of existing applications. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - 5+ years of experience in Siebel EAI integration using Web Services, VBC, JMS, Data Maps, Rest Services - Should have knowledge in Siebel Asset based Ordering - Oracle Siebel Configuration, Scripting and Workflow - Oracle Siebel Open UI - Knowledge in Siebel Workspace. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI). - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in analyzing client requirements and designing software solutions. - Proficient in writing efficient and high-quality code. - Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques. - Familiarity with version control systems and code repositories. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Siebel CRM. - Experience with web services and API integration. - Knowledge of database concepts and SQL. - Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Proven problem-solving abilities and affinity to take on complex challenges - Professional with ability to properly handle internal and external confidential data - Ability to handle multiple modules/tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good to have skills: - Row Set Transformation Toolkit - Agile working experience Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
