Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects in Ahmedabad. You will lead a team in the end-to-end software development process. Roles & Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of SAP EWM applications. • Provide technical expertise in SAP ABAP development to support the creation and migration of SAP EWM applications. • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards for SAP EWM applications. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the development and deployment of SAP EWM applications. Professional & Technical Skills: • Proficiency in SAP ABAP development, OO ABAP, and the EWM framework. • Strong knowledge of development within the SAP EWM module (User Exits, BAdIs, development of extensions, forms, RF/ITS-Mobile, PPF, EWM Monitor, MFS, etc.). • Good understanding of EWM-specific document flow. • Experience in designing and building SAP EWM applications. • Strong understanding of SAP EWM functionality and its integration with other SAP modules. • Experience with SAP EWM implementation methodologies and best practices. • Experience integrating SAP EWM with non-SAP systems. Additional Information: • The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in ABAP development and at least 4 years of experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management. • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. • A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required. Advantageous: • Knowledge of UI5 development in SAP (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Fiori). • Experience or knowledge in warehouse logistics is advantageous. • Familiarity with the SAP EWM module or related modules such as WM, YL, TM, or MM/IM (customizing and user knowledge). • Understanding of warehouse automation (material flow systems) and robotics.
