Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the growth and success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with team members to develop and implement software solutions. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality. - Troubleshoot and debug software applications to resolve issues. - Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance skills. - Assist in the documentation of software components and processes. Need to work in 24*7 Shift. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Strong understanding of linguistic nuances and cultural context in Japanese communication. - Experience in translating technical documents from Japanese to English. - Knowledge of Japanese business etiquette and communication norms. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with localization and internationalization processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Japanese Language. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
