Summary: As a Client Account Lead, you will utilize your expertise in Life Sciences R&D to develop and implement solutions that address client challenges and meet their business requirements. You will collaborate directly with clients, leading a team to drive sales growth and ensure successful project delivery. Your role will involve leveraging Accenture knowledge and business acumen to shape innovative solutions and drive client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and challenges. - Lead a team to develop and implement solutions that address client requirements. - Utilize your expertise in Life Sciences R&D to provide advisory and influencing support. - Engage with multiple teams and make informed decisions to drive project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D. - Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms. - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Life Sciences R&D. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
