Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and providing solutions to work-related problems. A typical day in this role involves collaborating with the team, analyzing requirements, designing application components, coding, testing, and debugging applications. You will also actively participate in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP Hybris Commerce and the ability to work independently and become a subject matter expert. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design application components. - Code, test, and debug applications to ensure they meet quality standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide technical support. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. - Provide guidance and support to junior developers in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Hybris Commerce. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other e-commerce platforms. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP Hybris Commerce. - Knowledge of Java programming language and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Hybris Commerce. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
