Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing user interfaces using CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Angular, and TypeScript. You will work closely with our design and development teams to create intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing web applications. Responsibilities: Design and Implementation: Develop and implement user interfaces for web applications using CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Angular, and TypeScript. Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional and interactive user interfaces. User Experience Focus: Enhance user experience by optimizing UI components and ensuring a seamless interaction flow. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve user interfaces. Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and integrate them into design solutions. Collaboration: Work with backend developers to integrate UI components with server-side logic. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with designers to ensure that the visual design is executed accurately and effectively. Performance and Optimization: Optimize web applications for performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues and bugs. Requirements: Proven Experience: Strong experience in UI/UX development with expertise in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Angular, and TypeScript. Demonstrated ability to create clean, maintainable, and responsive user interfaces. Design Skills: Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices. Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in front-end development and responsive design techniques. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred: Experience with other front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js). Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Understanding of back-end technologies and integration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
