Summary: As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. Your typical day will involve deploying infrastructure and platform environments, creating a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security, and performance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of cloud-based projects and driving innovation in cloud technology. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions. - Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure and platform environments. - Conduct architecture reviews to ensure security, scalability, and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications. - Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends. - Assist in the development and implementation of cloud security measures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Network Operations, Network Security Implementation. - Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, VPN, and firewalls. - Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. - Ability to analyze and interpret network traffic and logs. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Security Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. Strong Knowledge of Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure and Google) Strong knowledge of Firewall & Security & Networking concepts Good working experience with Juniper, Cisco and Fortinet firewalls Problem-solving skills with CVE ID related to network devices. Working experience with SSL VPN. Working experience with load balancers Working experience on Assessment on Security Vulnerabilities, external threat management Server Patch Management
