Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project execution. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of endpoint protection solutions for clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure endpoint protection solutions meet business requirements and performance goals. Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity. Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members, assisting them in troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues. Administer and manage the McAfee/Trellix ePO platform, including policy creation, deployment, and monitoring. Configure and maintain endpoint security policies across the organization. Monitor security alerts, incidents, and perform threat analysis using ePO dashboards. Ensure ePO is up to date with the latest security patches and updates. Generate regular compliance and security reports. Manage and optimize McAfee/Trellix ATD for advanced malware detection and sandboxing. Integrate ATD with other security platforms to enhance threat intelligence. Monitor, analyze, and respond to alerts generated by ATD. Develop and maintain ATD policies to detect and prevent advanced threats. Collaborate with incident response teams to analyze and remediate security incidents. Deploy, configure, and manage Solidcore (Application Control and Change Control) to ensure the integrity and security of critical applications and systems. Create and enforce whitelisting policies to prevent unauthorized changes or execution of malicious code. Monitor and report on change activities across endpoints and servers. Work with application owners to ensure legitimate software updates are approved and applied correctly. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in designing and implementing endpoint protection solutions. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of endpoint protection technologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve security issues. - Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within a team environment. Additional Information: - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful endpoint security solutions. - Should be comfortable in shifts - Work from office based on business requirements
