Summary: As an Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner, you will support clients to design, build and run an agile, scalable IT infrastructure that is standardized and optimized to deliver operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands. You will apply infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, data center and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to understand their infrastructure needs, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with clients to understand their infrastructure needs and requirements. - Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions based on client requirements. - Ensure the smooth operation of the infrastructure by monitoring performance and addressing any issues or bottlenecks. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related problems. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the infrastructure solutions. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of hardware, software, and other infrastructure components. - Document and maintain accurate records of the infrastructure design, configuration, and changes. - Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Experience with infrastructure design and implementation. - Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. - Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud computing. - Solid understanding of security principles and best practices for infrastructure. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with VMware virtualization technologies. - Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud platforms. - Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. You will interact directly with clients, diagnose and resolve issues, and leverage your expertise to implement effective solutions. Your role will involve collaboration with various teams to maintain and enhance service quality. Roles & Responsibilities - Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert support for Citrix Virtual Apps, Desktops, NetScaler, MCS, PVS, Citrix Cloud, and application packaging. - Issue Resolution: Accurately diagnose client issues, interpret technical problems, and design comprehensive solutions based on in-depth product knowledge. - System Maintenance: Ensure the continuous smooth operation of Citrix environments, including Virtual Apps, Desktops, NetScaler (as Citrix Access Gateway and Load Balancer), MCS, PVS, Citrix Cloud, and application packaging tools, addressing and resolving any disruptions promptly. - Application Packaging: Utilize Citrix native tools and third-party solutions to package applications for deployment within the Citrix environment. - User Profile Management: Manage user profiles using Citrix UPM (User Profile Management) and third-party tools to ensure consistent and reliable user experiences. - NetScaler Configuration: Configure and manage various NetScaler appliances (VPX, MPX, SDX) for Citrix Access Gateway (CAG), Load Balancing (LB), and perform Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setups.
