This position demands continuous collaboration with stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with business objectives and technical standards, while also adapting to evolving project needs and challenges throughout the development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of software components.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS BigData.
- Strong experience with cloud-based data processing and storage solutions.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient data pipelines.
- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks and big data analytics.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing performance of data systems.
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS BigData.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
