Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design and development of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark. - Strong understanding of big data processing and analytics. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Hands-on experience in building scalable and efficient applications. - Knowledge of data modeling and database design. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in PySpark. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
