Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with teams, make key decisions, and provide solutions to problems. Your typical day will involve designing and developing applications, collaborating with multiple teams, and ensuring the applications meet the required standards and specifications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure applications meet required standards and specifications - Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to the team Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) - Strong understanding of SAP application development and configuration - Experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions - Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with other systems - Familiarity with SAP best practices and industry standards Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Syniti ADM for SAP - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
