Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, developing and implementing software solutions, and ensuring the applications meet quality standards and performance expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements. - Design, develop, and implement software solutions to meet application requirements. - Ensure the applications meet quality standards and performance expectations. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues, providing timely resolutions. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application development processes. • Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems. • Discussing system and server upgrades with IT managers. • Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers. • Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users. • Troubleshooting system and server errors. • Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors. • Monitoring and updating the Windows codebase. • Managing user access. • Monitoring system performance. • Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Experience with application development using Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, and SQL Server. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Knowledge of web development frameworks and technologies such as ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with version control systems such as Git or TFS. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Proven experience as an Windows Server admin. 1. Contribute to coordination and planning of Application / Infrastructure related activities / outages 2. ITIL knowledge and experience in Incident management - Actively monitor service now queues and ensure no ticket/incident is left unattended Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - A 15 years full-time education is required. Resource should be open to work in A Shift (Morning Shifts 06:30 to 16:30) Resource should be open to work in B Shift (Afternoon Shifts 11:30 to 21:30)
