Roles & Responsibilities: -Responsibilities: - Architect and design scalable data solutions on AWS to support various data product initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data architecture designs. - Develop and maintain data architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. - Design and optimize data models, ETL pipelines, and data integration processes to support efficient data workflows and analytics. - Implement data management strategies for structured and unstructured data, including data partitioning, indexing, and optimization techniques. - Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance data architecture capabilities and drive innovation. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data engineers, analysts, and other team members to promote knowledge sharing and skill development. - Monitor and optimize the performance of data systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability and reliability. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data architecture, cloud computing, and big data analytics. - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations. - Optimize data performance and scalability. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data architecture. - Mentor and guide junior professionals in data modeling techniques and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies and Cloud data Architecture. - Strong understanding of database design principles and data normalization. - Experience with data modeling tools such as ERwin or ER studio - Knowledge of SQL and database programming languages. - Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure. - In-depth knowledge of AWS services for data storage, processing, and analytics, with hands-on experience in building scalable data architectures. - Familiarity with data governance principles, regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and security best practices for protecting sensitive data. - Proficiency in data modeling, ETL development, and SQL query optimization, with experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical data solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies or Cloud data Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
