Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand project requirements, applying your technical expertise to design solutions, and ensuring that the software meets the necessary standards and client expectations. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, contributing to the overall success of the project while adapting to changing needs and priorities throughout the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously assess and improve development processes to increase efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with system integration and configuration management. - Familiarity with programming languages relevant to software development. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A BE or BTECH is required.
