Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and enhancing user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes. - Design and develop applications that align with business needs and requirements. - Ensure the applications are user-friendly and enhance user experience. - Conduct regular testing and debugging to identify and fix any issues or bugs. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the implementation and integration of applications. - Document application design, processes, and procedures. - Train end-users on how to effectively use the applications. - Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application deployment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Servicenow Tools Administration. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing applications using ServiceNow platform. - Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management. - Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting languages and workflows. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management processes. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - No specific education requirements.
