Summary: As a Software Development Engineer for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve working with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) applications using ABAP programming language. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: 12+ years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and ABAP programming language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP modules such as Material Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP). - Strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) business processes and integration with other SAP modules. - Experience with SAP development tools such as ABAP Workbench, Eclipse, and SAP HANA Studio. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 for developing SAP applications with a modern user interface. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and ABAP programming language. - The JOB FAMILY and PROJECT ROLE information are not for candidate's experience. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
