Your typical day will involve leading the effort to deliver high-quality software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) as the primary skill. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that project milestones are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that project issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Java, J2EE, and Spring Framework. - Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications using ESB as the primary skill. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience in leading and managing software development projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
