Project Role Description : Lead and oversee the development of complex solutions that span multiple towers and/or encompass multiple service offerings on transformational opportunities. Partner with the MM Sales Lead, Transformation Director and Delivery Team to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and client business case.

Summary: As an Enterprise Solution Architect, you will lead and oversee the development of complex solutions that span multiple towers and/or encompass multiple service offerings on transformational opportunities. You will partner with the MM Sales Lead, Transformation Director, and Delivery Team to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and client business case. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to ensure the successful implementation of enterprise solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development of complex solutions that span multiple towers and/or encompass multiple service offerings on transformational opportunities. - Partner with the MM Sales Lead, Transformation Director, and Delivery Team to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and client business case. - Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to ensure the successful implementation of enterprise solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA). - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks. - Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions. - Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and services. - Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide innovative solutions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture. - This position is based at our Pune office. - An Any Degree is required.
