Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Job Location: Onsite Deputation at Client Site (Hoshiarpur-Punjab) What Candidate would do in this role. • Should have hands on 2 to 5 experience in Siemens NX software, responsible for the Design and Development of Tractor Hydraulics systems. • Handling engineering & design projects for tractors / construction equipment’s. • Layout/ Concept Finalization of Hydraulic Circuit and parts in Agricultural equipment’s e.g. Tractors. • Conversant with Hydraulic Parts like Hyd. Pump, Filters, Inter Cooler, Hydraulics Lifts or Auxiliary Valves/ Control Valves etc. • Knowledge of designing Hydraulic Pipes, Three-point linkage, Knowledge of hydraulic symbols and circuit diagram. • Good Exposure of 3D Modeling, Assembly through NX Software and Knowledge in vehicle integration and system engineering of agricultural equipment’s like tractors. • Good knowledge of design calculations & generation of concept designs and Tolerance Stack up analysis. • Knowledge to Tractor technologies of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics if possible. • Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical components, technology, and its usage in Tractors. • Creation of assembly and manufacturing drawings for Casting, sheet metal components with knowledge of GD and T • Regular interaction with another inter-linked departments and Vendor if required. • Knowledge of Tractor Hydraulic Parts like Hydraulic pump, Hydraulic cylinder, Piston, Hydraulic tank, Control valve, Safety valve, Hosepipe and fittings, Lifting arms, Camshaft, Centre arm Who are we looking for.... • 2-5 years of Experience B.Tech Mechanical or automobile. • Experience in Hydraulic Design. • Knowledge of Tractor Hydraulic Parts. • Knowledge of Three-point Linkage. • Knowledge of Hydraulic Parts and Hydraulic Piping. • Knowledge of Design calculation and Piping pressure drop Calculation. • NX Software working experience. • Experience in Understanding the Tractor sub-Assembly and vehicle layout.
